For a county booking or report request, begin with the PCSO FOIA route. PCSO’s published schedule lists $15 per hour for search, retrieval, and processing, calculated to the nearest half hour, $0.25 per paper page, $5 for CD or DVD media, plus actual postage or shipping. It does not publish a flat booking-photo fee. A narrow request for an existing record is more useful than a broad request, and lawful redactions or a deposit may apply.
